Welcome Beautyjenics please take a few moments to read our terms and conditions prior to your treatment. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

BOOKING 

We welcome bookings by appointment and walk-ins
All patients must be 18 and over
All treatments will not commence until consent forms are completed beforehand
All bookings are subjective to our cancellation policy
All bookings require a 50% deposit

CANCELLING 

We ask you to kindly let us know at least 48 hours/2 days in advance if you would like to cancel your appointment. 20 mins late will result in an automatic cancellation and any deposit made will be forfeited. Any discrepancies with treatments need to be brought to our attention within a 48hrs window. 

RESCHEDULING

We ask you to kindly let us know at least 48 hours/2 days in advance if you would like to reschedule your appointment. Late rescheduling will incur a fee of 45 pounds in addition to loss of your pre-paid deposit.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

We ask you to kindly arrive on time for your appointments to allow the full amount of time required for treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and apply the rescheduling policy.

We reserve the right to cancel your treatment if you refuse to have you, regarding health concerns and safety to the team.

Children are welcome at our clinic. However, you must watch the child at all times as our team is not able to childmind. We do not take any responsibilities for adverse events on our premise.

Pets are not permitted at our clinic as we have no facility to accommodate pets.
