All cancellations and rescheduling of appointments should be notified before 48 hours if not all deposit will be lost
50% deposit is required for a treatment bookings
20 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation and any deposit made will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required when booking a new appointment
All deposits are non-refundable
All appointments cancelled by the client / customer is non-refundable
No plus ones allowed
Treatments will not commence until consent forms are completed beforehand
Any discrepancies with treatments need to be brought to our attention within a 48hrs window.
